SINGAPORE, 30 OCTOBER 2019 – Royal Plaza on Scotts is bringing back Turkish food promotion from 15 November to 26 November 2019, at Carousel, the hotel’s award winning buffet restaurant.

Taste the authentic flavours from Turkey, presented by two young and talented Turkish guest chefs from Allium Villas Resort, Chef Selin Yılmaz Tümsek and Chef Murat Uyanık. Sous Chef Selin is 28 years old this year and one of the best in her field. She has honed her culinary skills at popular establishments, specialising in European and Turkish cuisine. Chef de Partie, Murat Uyanık, is a rising star amongst the young chefs. He is a versatile chef who can whip up traditional dishes, yet he also enjoys innovating and often brings a twist to the table.

Highlights include kebabs (up to 6 types to try), Sultan’s Delight, Karalahana Dolması (Stuffed Collard Greens), Musakka (Layered Meat, Aubergine and Tomato), buttered octopus and baklava. The ever evasive Dondurma (Turkish ice cream) adds a twist of fun to dinners on Fridays and Saturdays.
