Kohaku Tendon is set to launch its brand-new Aka-Fuji Summer Spicy Tendon! The ingredients in this first-of-its-kind summer offering are drenched with a special sauce made with Szechuan peppers and mala. Get ready for a fiery and tongue-numbing time!
This tendon bowl is brimming with the best of summer harvests. The glorious soft-shell crab has a crispy texture and a sweet note. The tofu hamburg is a marriage of carrot, corn and edamame, and boasts a nice interplay of soft and crunchy textures. The chicken cocktail sausage is coated with tempura batter, then deep-fried to perfection. It is tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Both the prawn and tuna are succulent and juicy, and will appeal to both young and the elderly alike. Non-spicy option is available upon request.
Rounding out the line-up are bitter gourd and avocado, both of which are summer vegetables that provide cooling properties to help beat the heat.
